HI All, I would like to let you know it’s that time of year again for the yearly West Shore Little League general meeting. In a normal year we would go over the season, discuss what we could improve and what went well, as well as elect a new board for the upcoming year. The 2021 season officially begins for West Shore on 10/1/2020 and we will need to have a new board in place by then. We will be holding our elections at the general meeting on 9/28/2020 at 6:30pm at Pickle Field. If you cannot attend and would like to serve on the 2021 West Shore board please email Jesse at [email protected] and we will get you on the list. 2020
I would like to give you an update on the 2020 season. Katie Smart has successfully credited all of your accounts for the 2020 season. This credit can only be used for future registrations. We have all uniforms ready for the 2021 season. The 2021 board will make the decision when that will start along with the health department. The food that was purchased just prior to the season being shut down was donated to the Lakeport fire department during the fires.
We have board members who will not be returning after the 2020 season and we would like to say Thank you ! They have all sacrificed many hours to help give all our kids a great experience.

I'm sure we will face many challenges in the upcoming season. That being said we need to have volunteers to make everything run smoothly. I have no doubt we will be playing Baseball and Softball before we know it and the key to a successful season is good planning and that starts 10-1-2020.

I would like everyone to know this is going to be the Smart’s last year on the West Shore Little league board. We will always be around to help out but our time has come to move on to the next chapter in our lives together. We have loved every minute spent at the fields. Thank you to all of the board members, families, coaches, umpires and volunteers who have made this an amazing time for my family.
